By visiting our website and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions as stated in this policy (here in after referred to as the Agreement’), along with the terms and conditions as stated in our Privacy Policy (please refer to the Privacy Policy section below for more information).

We reserve the right to change this Agreement from time to time with/without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions.

PLEASE READ THIS TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY USING THIS WEBSITE OR ORDERING PRODUCTS FROM THIS WEBSITE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

The Terms and Conditions below govern the agreement between you, the client, and us, Hind Darshan Travels. By booking a tour with us, you agree to be bound by them. Please take the time to read them carefully to ensure you fully understand them before booking a trip with us.

  1. Rates are not valid for peak Festive season i.e. New Year, Diwali, etc.
  2. Rates are based on Hotels Subject to Availability at the time of making Reservation. In case of unavailability in the mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
  3. Rates are subject to change if there is any Fair & Festival, Major conference, events in the travel destination.
  4. Early check-in / late checks out are subject to availability of rooms.
  5. Vehicle confirmed will be as per Itinerary and not at disposal. AC will work only in the plains and will be switched off during hill drives.
  6. All sightseeing mentioned is subject to weather conditions, political conditions & traffic conditions in the destination.
  7. Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities/weather conditions is non-refundable.
  8. It is not advisable to travel at night, if necessary supplement charge applicable. 
  9. All rates for Package are in Indian Rupees. 
  10. Rooms are booked subjects to the final confirmation.
  11. Service vouchers must be dispatch by or before the arrival of the guest.
  12. Meal plan: EP – Accommodation only, CP – Accommodation with breakfast, MAP – Accommodation with breakfast, lunch or dinner, AP – Accommodation with breakfast, lunch & dinner.
  13. All guests must carry valid photo ID’s (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card). PAN Card is not accepted at many places as a valid photo ID.
  14. Any refund payable to the Guest (if any applicable as per cancellation policy) will be paid after the Company receives a refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.
  15. Dismiss any guest from the tour for misbehavior especially if it affects the group and Physical or verbal assault to the Tour Manager.

  17. Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
  18. Package rates are subject to change without prior notice, Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of a visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
  19. Child sharing parent’s room will not be provided an extra bed.
  20. The tour cost is not refundable at any cause, once the tour starts
  21. The tour guide reserves the right to make changes/detour or omit any place of visit if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or band, and security reason.
  22. Start check-in/ checkout time as per hotel policy. Until unless Specified.
  23. In case of any delay or cancellation in flight or train, the service provider would not be responsible for any refund.
  24. Hind Darshan Travels would not be responsible for any personal loss of items. Injury caused during the event.
  25. All guests are requested to co-operate and follow the instructions of the event coordinator for a hassle-free and smooth management of the entire trip.
  26. The Hind Darshan does not bear any responsibility for medical treatment during the tour.
  27. The Terms and Conditions and the relationship between you and Hind Darshan Travels will be governed by the laws as applicable in India. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
